Embedded World 2025 has set new standards. With a new visitor record and strong signals for the future of industrial IT solutions, the trade fair appearance of Bressner Technology GmbH was also a complete success. 

With around 32,000 visitors from 80 countries and nearly 1,200 exhibitors, the Embedded World Exhibition & Conference 2025, held from March 11 to 13, was one of the most significant technology trade fairs of the year. For Bressner Technology GmbH, based in the greater Munich area, this presented another opportunity to demonstrate technological leadership – with innovative solutions, clear statements on the future of edge computing and AI, and a strong commitment to diversity in the industry.

Despite economic challenges, Embedded World 2025 proved to be more dynamic than ever before. With over 1,897 exhibitors and speakers from 47 countries, the trade fair provided an impressive platform for new ideas and smart technologies. In close cooperation with the electronic displays Conference, Nuremberg became the innovation hub of the industry for three days.

A highlight of the fair was the keynote by Sandra Rivera, CEO of Altera, titled “Pushing Boundaries: Flexible AI at the Edge”. The topic couldn’t have been more timely – and was reflected in numerous solutions at Bressner Technology. Managing Director Martin Stiborski emphasized in an interview: “The industrial use of AI and machine learning at the edge is already a reality. Our products demonstrate just how powerful and flexible these technologies have become.” At the same time, the topic of safety & security moved into focus more than ever: How can the protection of data and systems be ensured in highly networked production environments?

Bressner focused on innovative, digitally controlled access solutions that bridge the gap between IT and OT security – an increasingly critical aspect for modern industrial environments.

Technological innovation requires fresh impulses – and in 2025, these came not only from big names but also from start-ups, young talent, and female leaders. This was particularly visible and audible at the women4ew forum, which encouraged women to take on responsibility in the embedded industry.

What does this mean in concrete terms? At Embedded World 2025, Bressner presented, among other things, powerful short-depth server solutions in 3U and 2U formats that combine maximum computing power in a minimal footprint. Thanks to flexible cooling concepts, they are particularly suitable for continuous industrial use – for example, in real-time processing or data-intensive applications.

Another highlight was One Stop Systems’ Ponto 6U PCIe Gen5 expansion system. With support for up to 16 GPUs or accelerator cards, it is an ideal platform for applications in AI training, simulation, or image processing. Such systems enable data-driven efficiency in industry – and show that the future is already a reality.
