The new branding potentials through Virtual Reality are taking i.a. by Beate Rosenthal (Merck), Andreas Heyden (Bundesliga / DFL Digital) and Rosa Riera (Siemens). In the “Voice Lab” with Dan Wright (Amazon), Shenda Loughnane (iprospect) and Adrian Cutler (Microsoft), everything revolves around the current mega trend Voice Control.
AI is becoming the leading topic of our economy and conquers marketing: Artificial Intelligence enables personalized advertising, individualized content and automated processes. This development changes digital marketing fundamentally. The growing importance of AI for brand communication is explained by Shiseido’s CDO Alessio Rossi. What role artificial intelligence can play in the overall marketing transformation are discussed by Jon Suarez-Davis (Salesforce), Paul Papas (IBM iX), Howard Lerman (Yext), Frank Riemensperger (Accenture), Katharina Borchert (Mozilla) and Philipp Justus (Google).
