About Andreas Braidt

Andreas Braidt is CEO and Managing Director of synaforce GmbH. With over 24 years of experience at the company—from software developer to COO and now CEO—he possesses first-hand expertise across the entire spectrum of IT infrastructure.

Succeeding founder Peter Hartl, Braidt assumed operational leadership at the beginning of 2026 and is driving synaforce’s transformation into a national full-service IT provider. His key focus areas include highly available data center infrastructure, digital sovereignty, and sustainable IT operations models.

Currently, he is particularly engaged with the interplay between agentic AI, security, and critical infrastructure (KRITIS) requirements—topics he regularly addresses on LinkedIn and in industry publications.
