About Andreas Braidt

Andreas Braidt is CEO and Managing Director of synaforce GmbH. With over 24 years of experience at the company – from software developer through COO to CEO – he has firsthand knowledge of the entire IT infrastructure spectrum.

As successor to founder Peter Hartl, Braidt took over operational leadership at the beginning of 2026 and is driving synaforce’s transformation into a national full-service IT provider. His key focus areas: highly available data center infrastructure, digital sovereignty, and sustainable IT operating models.

Currently, he is particularly interested in the interplay between Agentic AI, security, and KRITIS requirements – topics he regularly addresses on LinkedIn and in expert articles.
