Honor View 20: Would you like a hole in the display?

In cooperation with its subsidiary Honor, Huawei has developed the new Honor View 20 and manages to convince with the result.  MyBusinesFuture had the opportunity to extensively test the smartphone on site and we were not disappointed.  

The (almost) borderless display

The borderless 6.4 inch display shines with a high-quality screen resolution and a lot of power. The main camera allows high-resolution photos and (panorama) shots in 3D mode with 48 megapixels. The Honor View 20 smartphone has a multitude of good features that are commensurate with the price-performance ratio. The new flagphone from Huawei also has a lot to offer in terms of design. With the product selection of the edge, Huawei creates a very high-quality feel. The back is made of Aurora Nano Design with gloss effect, which gives the smartphone a fantastic look. Whether in black, red or blue, the back reflects depending on the incidence of light and is an absolute eye-catcher.

Resolution and operation

In contrast to its predecessor, the Honor View 20 no longer uses a curved screen, but a flat display. The new flat screen allows a much easier manual use. The strong performance of the device offers a high operating speed, apps can be opened and closed quickly. The graphics of the display are very good when using apps as well as games and videos.

An innovative solution with hole

Für die 25 Megapixel Selfiekamera hat sich Huawei diesmal etwas ganz Besonderes überlegt, anstelle des Notch ist ein kleines Loch in der Statusleiste, das die Selfiekamera beherbergt. Am Anfang bestanden Zweifel, ob die Inscreen-Frontkamera im Display, nicht stören würden. Durch die subtile Anbringung, relativ weit oben am Rand des Smartphones, stört das kleine Loch, auch im Vollbildmodus nicht. Die neue Lösung der Selfie-Kamera sorgt für brillante Fotoaufnahmen und ist nebenbei ein spannendes Gadget für Liebhaber.

The Huawei Honoer View 20 convinces with its haptics, operability and innovative solution for the selfie camera. As usual, the front camera delivers sharp images and a soft facial image. Overall, the smartphone impressed us with its performance, very good features and design. The outstanding battery performance rounds off the device.
