About Thomas Joos

Thomas Joos has been working for more than three decades as an independent IT specialist, consultant and analyst focused on enterprise IT, cloud architectures, IT security and artificial intelligence. He has published around 100 technical books and written several thousand articles for leading IT media outlets, publishers and portals, including Heise, Foundry, WEKA and the Vogel Group as well as dpa.

In addition to editorial work, he creates content for agencies and companies, including technical articles, whitepapers, studies and analyses for B2B communications. He also advises companies and public authorities on topics such as AI strategy, resilience, cloud usage and security. He works independently of manufacturers and combines journalistic experience with practical project experience from real IT infrastructures.
