Holo Lens 2 – Practically developed for the practice
Now finally available for pre-orders, the HoloLens2 from Microsoft and will be delivered this year to its customers. In the course of this year, the innovative mixed reality glasses will be available in the USA, Japan, China, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Australia & New Zealand for around 3,500 dollars.
Microsoft developed the HoloLens to connect computers with real life and to transfer holograms into real space. This is also a miracle for police officers, who can store evidence at crime scenes for later inspection or designers can use it to check prototypes for new cars.
Virtual technology with wow effect
In addition to its lightness, the new gadget is more comfortable, among other things because the battery and other components moved from the front of the headset to the rear, thus distributing the weight better and more effectively.
The HoloLens 2’s eye-tracking technology has been provided by renowned companies such as HTC and Magic Leap, and thus has an impact on the device price of around $3,500.
An enlarged field of view is also available, which makes it easier for the user to see the holograms displayed virtually. The three-dimensional diorama of a coast full of wind turbines is demonstrated to one among others during the test.
Building on the unique capabilities of the original HoloLens, HoloLens 2 is the ultimate intelligent edger. Combined with existing and new Azure services, HoloLens 2 becomes even more powerful, right out of the box. Just wow.
