Le \u00ab Pacte pour un logement abordable \u00bb, lanc\u00e9 par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral  &#8211;  regroupant 35 partenaires, 187 mesures et 14,5 milliards d\u2019euros  &#8211;  n\u2019a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 inverser la tendance. Cette entreprise  &#8211;  fond\u00e9e \u00e0 Vienne, avec une production en Allemagne  &#8211;  est enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e verticalement : conception, fabrication, construction et gestion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sont assur\u00e9es en interne. Sa capacit\u00e9 de production atteint 250 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s par an, soit environ 3 500 logements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.8;margin-bottom:20px;\">L\u2019avantage co\u00fbt : selon Vonovia, la pr\u00e9fabrication industrielle permet de faire passer le co\u00fbt de construction de 5 000 \u00e0 3 600 euros par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9. L\u2019objectif est d\u00e9sormais de descendre sous la barre des 3 500 euros. \u00c0 Berlin, plusieurs projets GROPYUS sont en cours pour BUWOG\/Vonovia  &#8211;  158 logements locatifs en construction modulaire bois sont actuellement en cours de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.8;margin-bottom:20px;\">La collaboration avec KUKA introduit des robots industriels dans le processus de fabrication  &#8211;  le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019automatisation que celui mis en \u0153uvre depuis des ann\u00e9es dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/mybusinessfuture.com\/fr\/ia-made-in-germany-935-startups-et-un-ecosysteme-qui-murit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fabrication pilot\u00e9e par l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/a>, appliqu\u00e9 d\u00e9sormais au secteur du b\u00e2timent. Ce qui est nouveau, c\u2019est que les conditions-cadres sont enfin r\u00e9unies. L\u2019envol\u00e9e des co\u00fbts de construction rend la pr\u00e9fabrication industrielle comp\u00e9titive. La p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sur les chantiers impose l\u2019automatisation.
