Avec une croissance de 78 % de ses ventes de BEV, Volkswagen est revenu au sommet du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. Le r\u00e9sultat fut un effondrement du march\u00e9, m\u00eame les pessimistes ne l\u2019avaient pas anticip\u00e9 : 380 609 immatriculations de BEV en 2024, soit une baisse de 27,4 %. Les clients flottes, qui devaient acheter de toute fa\u00e7on, ont partiellement att\u00e9nu\u00e9 la chute &#8211; mais les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts \u00e9taient faits. Des ruptures similaires apparaissent dans d\u2019autres secteurs industriels, o\u00f9 des changements de cap politiques font vaciller des <a href=\"https:\/\/mybusinessfuture.com\/fr\/rapatriement-de-la-production-en-europe-repenser-les-chaines-dapprovisionnement\/\">cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement enti\u00e8res<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top:64px;margin-bottom:20px;padding-top:64px;\">Volkswagen : du cas de restructuration au leader du march\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.8;margin-bottom:20px;\">Volkswagen \u00e9tait l\u2019\u00e9picentre de la crise. En Chine, le groupe est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place, derri\u00e8re BYD et Geely. Sa filiale logicielle Cariad n\u2019a produit pendant des ann\u00e9es aucun r\u00e9sultat exploitable. L\u2019ID.4 et l\u2019ID.5 ont totalis\u00e9 128 900 unit\u00e9s vendues en neuf mois, l\u2019ID.3 a atteint 88 800 unit\u00e9s, l\u2019ID.7 a atteint 55 500 unit\u00e9s. La \u00ab Nouvelle Classe \u00bb, dont la production d\u00e9bute en 2025 \u00e0 Munich, est la premi\u00e8re plateforme du groupe con\u00e7ue d\u00e8s l\u2019origine comme v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique. Jusqu\u2019ici, BMW avait d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ses mod\u00e8les \u00e9lectriques sur des plateformes con\u00e7ues initialement pour les moteurs thermiques &#8211; une solution transitoire qui imposait des compromis en mati\u00e8re d\u2019autonomie et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.8;margin-bottom:20px;\">Parall\u00e8lement, BMW construit \u00e0 Debrecen, en Hongrie, une usine d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la fabrication de v\u00e9hicules. Les investissements consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la modernisation de l\u2019usine historique de Munich et au d\u00e9veloppement de cette nouvelle plateforme s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 plusieurs milliards d\u2019euros. Pour BMW, la \u00ab Nouvelle Classe \u00bb constitue un pari : si la plateforme convainc, le groupe obtiendra un avantage technologique d\u00e9cisif.
